3,000 m² open space on one floor
The Westsite office building on Mainzer Landstraße is being built in one of the most vibrantly growing districts in the economic metropolis Frankfurt. The first phase of the project – a structurally completed building – was already almost fully rented out after its completion.
The second phase of construction – a new building designed by Jo.Franzke Architekten – has been designed with a step-like façade in cream-colored natural stone. Westsite distinguishes itself from its neighbors in other ways than its appearance. The two-story lobby, a planted interior courtyard and up to 3,000 m² continuous space on one floor are persuasive arguments for this address.
