Hotspot Frankfurt Airport City
The former residential area for the US Military Airbase was restituted to the Frankfurt Airport in 2005. Since then, a new district has been growing on the 35-hectare area: Gateway Gardens. Offices, service areas, hotels, conference and exhibition spaces complete with leisure, restaurant and retail facilities are emerging around a central park. A new neighborhood with an atmosphere that invites people to stay and enjoy its multitude of urban offerings. Tenants such as LSG Sky Chefs, the House of Logistics & Mobility, Condor and DB Schenker are benefitting from Gateway Gardens’ central location and its excellent transportation connections by plane, train, and car.
