A new center for Frankfurt’s Ostend

The new center in Frankfurt’s Ostend district is being developed at the transportation hub Ostbahnhof in the direct vicinity of the future location of the European Central Bank. Direct access to the Underground (U-Bahn) and future commuter train station (S-Bahn) at Ostbahnhof ensure optimum transportation links.

The design by Jo.Franzke Architekten provides for two office and commercial buildings with a fret structure offering space for restaurants and bars as well as retail spaces on the ground floor and office spaces with a flexible layout on the upper floors. Ample sun terraces and stairway passages lead directly to Frankfurt’s recreational area (“Grüngürtel”) and offer numerous opportunities to recharge.
