Exclusive apartments with landmark status
In the renowned Wiesenhüttenstift in Frankfurt’s Nordend more than 80 individual city apartments with a private park were constructed. In collaboration with Frankfurter Aufbau AG, Groß & Partner refurbished the listed building from the late Wilhelminian period.
The particular challenge of this project consisted in retaining and protecting the historical building material in the existing structure while upgrading it to today’s demands of premium living. Together with Jo.Franzke Architekten, Groß & Partner has found a solution to do justice to the requirements of both historical protection and modern comfort.
