Jürgen Groß
Jürgen Groß is the founder and managing primary shareholder of Groß & Partner Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH. His work focuses on commercial aspects and includes the evaluation and acquisition of potential real estate projects as well as contractual negotiations with final investors, tenants, and financing institutions.
After acquiring an advanced degree in civil engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Jürgen Groß began his career at his parents’ mid-sized construction company. He gathered further experience in the 1980s as independent project developer with various partners in the Rhine-Main region. In 1992, he founded Groß & Partner Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH in its current form.

Nikolaus Bieber
Nikolaus Bieber is mainly responsible for the financing and sale of project developments. As the contact person for potential final investors, he prepares financing models and performs real estate transactions. He joined the management in 2002 and became co-partner at Groß & Partner in 2003.
Nikolaus Bieber has long years of experience in real estate investment banking, in designing national and international closed real estate funds and real estate special funds as well as real estate corporations.
Following his degree in law and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Università Bocconi Milan, he worked for Deutsche Immobilienfonds GmbH (DIV), a subsidiary of Hessische Landesbank, as well as for Deutsche Bank Real Estate GmbH (now RREEF).

Peter Matteo
Peter Matteo is in charge of project realization and construction management. He joined the management in 1996 and became co-partner at Groß & Partner in 2001. Since 2005, he has also served on the management board of Imoplan Immobilien-Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, a subsidiary of Groß & Partner.
From 1995 until 2002, he was a member of the management and a shareholder of GFB Gesellschaft für Bauplanung und Projektsteuerung mbH, where he was responsible for tenders for general planning services and project management for mid-sized and larger office and commercial buildings.
After completing his degree in civil engineering, Peter Matteo worked for well-known large construction companies as project and team coordinator in the field of turn-key construction. During his time as department head at DeTeBau (now Strabag), he created the business areas of project management, tender process and contract awards for the structure of ten branch offices.

Martin Hahn
Martin Hahn started working for Groß & Partner in spring 2004 and has been managing director for the commercial activities of the Group since 2006. In connection with his introduction of a new software platform, his focus is on the development of reporting and controlling as well as the financing transactions.
Following his studies at the European Business School where he majored in auditing and financing, Martin Hahn began his career with accounting firm Arthur Andersen. After four years, he left the company for ABN AMRO Bank, where he managed projects in the areas of corporate finance and private equity.
