Groß & Partner is a dynamically growing real estate company and a responsible and trustworthy employer with a model training program. Since it was founded two decades ago, its original team of 20 employees has grown to approx. 200 employees.

Apprenticeships
Groß & Partner has trained administrative apprentices since 1997. The apprenticeship positions are not offered annually, but rather depending the company’s requirements. This allows Groß & Partner to generally offer its apprentices a permanent position following the successful completion of the apprenticeship. This concept works: All of the young talents trained at Groß & Partner so far have been able to join the company.
The apprenticeship is very project-oriented with the goal of offering the apprentice an insight into all possible professional departments. In addition to support with examination preparation, the company provides individual further training possibilities as well.
The subsidiary Imoplan has successfully trained real estate agent apprentices since 2001 and administrative apprentices since 2004.
