The person and work of Jürgen Groß are characterized by long-term continuity. He started his career in the carpentry business that his father, Paul Groß, had founded in 1960 and which grew into a mid-sized construction business at the beginning of the 1980s. After this, Jürgen Groß headed IVG Immobilienverwaltungsgesellschaft in the Rhine-Main region together with a partner. The company was first active in the Rhine-Main region and then, after the German reunification, also in Berlin. 1992 finally saw the founding of Groß & Partner in its present corporate form.
Today, the company is one of the leading project development companies in Germany and can look back on about two decades of experience and an impressive company history. The initial team of nearly 20 employees in Frankfurt has grown to about 200 employees in several offices. Both revenues and the project dimensions have grown continuously. In the last five years alone, the company has realized projects with an investment volume of around 600 million Euros. As a reliable partner, Groß & Partner is trusted by its well-known clients and business partners such as tenants, investors, architects, engineers, and municipal authorities.
